POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for all accounts receivable clerical tasks, greeting and directing incoming visitors, monitor and update phone system as required

Essential Functions

PRIMARY

Accounts Receivable

Enter and match bill of ladings to invoices

Problem solve “mismatches”

Entering cash received into the computer

Make calls to overdue customers

Resolve short/over payments

Front desk

Greet people coming in door

Answer phone – (any calls needing assistance –using auto attendant)

Adherence to ISO [Quality and Environmental] procedures, policies and work instructions.

SECONDARY

Assist; Assistant Controller with projects and other misc. accounting work.

Inventory count input

RMA’s

Maintain organized A/P & A/R filing system

Help with general clerical work in office as needed

Other tasks as assigned

Required Education and Experience

EDUCATION

Associates Degree- Business or 2 years related experience

EXPERIENCE

Any experience in an office environment, preferably 1-year experience in

Accounting department. Adequate experience in the above can reduce the minimum education required.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
